But most foreign students from Malaysia here in New Zealand were not privileged to celebrate with their families back home.

Nomination for Kiwi actress

New Zealand actress Rebecca Trelease has been nominated for the best actress award at the B Movie Film Festival in New York which will be held from the 26th to the 28th of October.

Trelease starred as a lead character in the New Zealand feature film Down by the Riverside, and is the only non-American actress to be nominated in this category.
